Reference Information for CryptoPart

Platform Login

  • Login methods: You can log in either via Telegram using our bot, or by using the private key generated during registration.

  • Data security: It is strictly prohibited to share your login link or private key with third parties, as this may result in unauthorized access to your account.

  • Saving your credentials: It is recommended to store your login link or private key in a safe place to prevent losing access to your account.

Adding Funds

  • Your BTC deposit address: To top up your balance, CryptoPart generates a unique BTC wallet for you. After sending funds to the wallet, click the "Check" button.

  • Transaction currency: All transactions on the platform are conducted in BTC. USD amounts are displayed for convenience only.

Withdrawing Funds

  • Withdrawal process: Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours upon user request to the specified BTC wallet in the requested amount.

  • Service fee: CryptoPart charges a 5% fee on withdrawals to support the development of the service. This fee may change in the future, either up or down.

"My $TK" Page

  • Shares overview: $TK is the designation for shares within the CryptoPart project. Project creators independently determine the number and price of shares. This page displays the shares purchased by the user, their stake in the project, investments made, and profit earned.

"My Projects" Page

  • Project management: This page contains a list of your projects on CryptoPart, information about the number of shares, and the status of investment fundraising. From this page, you can manage your projects, edit information, pay dividends, publish blog posts, and create new projects.

Creating a New Project

  • Filling in the details: You need to provide a project name, come up with a share name with the $TK prefix, define the number of shares, and describe the project. You should also select a preview image for display in the navigation.

  • Project marketing: It is important to plan your project's marketing strategy in advance. Determine how potential investors will learn about your project and the opportunity to invest in it. Develop a promotion plan that includes both online and offline communication channels. Please note that CryptoPart provides a platform for raising investments but is not a source of ready-made investors; successfully attracting investors depends on your own marketing efforts.

Investment Fundraising Round

  • Round setup: Define the number and price of shares to be sold in the round. A round can be closed and a new one started at any time.

Dividend Payment Page

  • Dividend calculation: Enter the amount you wish to pay to investors for the current period.

  • Dividend distribution: Dividends are distributed proportionally among investors based on the number of shares purchased.

  • Distribution example: If your net profit was $1,000 and 10% of shares have been sold in total, you will need to pay $100 in dividends, which the system will distribute proportionally among your shareholders.

Project Page

  • Project information: This page provides information about the project, the current investment fundraising round, and dividends paid to investors.
  • Investment terminal: This section displays all information about the current fundraising round: round volume, number of shares in the round, number of shares already sold, remaining shares, number of shareholders, and the price per share. Users can also view information about past rounds.
  • Buying shares: To purchase shares, enter the desired number of shares in the terminal. The system will automatically calculate the cost in USD and BTC, as well as your potential stake in the round and in the overall project. If the terms are acceptable and your balance is sufficient, click "Invest" and the shares will be purchased.
  • Participant interaction: The project administrator can publish posts on the project blog, providing updates and important information. Users and investors can communicate in the comments section, discussing project details, asking questions, and sharing opinions.
  • Dividend information: The project page also provides information about dividends paid, their amounts, and payment frequency. This allows investors to evaluate the performance and profitability of the project.
